Reformer Orientation (Introduction to Reformer) 
This complimentary program will educate you on the STOTT PILATES® method of movement and the reformer so that you can receive the full benefit of participating in our group reformer classes.  Come ready to move and enjoy learning all the amazing things that STOTT PILATES® can offer you!


​Reformer with Props
This workout is performed on the Stott Pilates Group Reformer. Using the STOTT PILATES® 5 Basic Principles we will use various props to strengthen & lengthen the entire body. This class will leave your body feeling healthy, balanced and relaxed.

Reformer Combo
This program is performed on the STOTT PILATES® Reformer & sometimes the Stability Chair, Barre, TRX, and/or Mat.  This class focuses on working the principles of Pilates at an energizing pace, while emphasizing core strength, spinal stability and mobility. A fantastic addition to your day!

Stability Chair/TRX Class
TRX training is a total resistance exercise to challenge your entire body while building strength.  This class will work your arms, legs, core and everything in-between!

Jumpboard Reformer Cardio Intervals 
Add this invigorating class to your schedule for HIIT (high intensity interval) and plyometric training mixed with traditional reformer and TRX exercises for an excellent cardio and strength workout! 

Equipment Circuit Training
Enjoy this interval training class rotating between the reformer, chair, barre, TRX, and cadillac!
