These one on one sessions will teach you correct movement patterns based on your posture, proper body mechanics, and knowledge of the equipment you will be using in classes.
Reformer with Props
This workout is performed on the Stott Pilates Group Reformer. Using the STOTT PILATES® 5 Basic Principles we will use various props to strengthen & lengthen the entire body. This class will leave your body feeling healthy, balanced, and relaxed.
This program is performed on the STOTT PILATES® Reformer & sometimes the Stability Chair, TRX, and/or Mat. This class focuses on working the principles of Pilates at an energizing pace, while emphasizing core strength, spinal stability, and mobility. A fantastic addition to your day!
TRX training is a total resistance exercise to challenge your entire body while building strength. This class will work your arms, legs, core, and everything in-between!
Jump and Tone
Add this invigorating class to your schedule for HIIT (high intensity interval training) and plyometric training mixed with traditional reformer and TRX exercises for an excellent cardio and strength workout!
Enjoy this advanced interval training class rotating between the reformer, chair, barre, TRX, and cadillac!
Reformer/Stability Chair Combo
A stability chair and reformer based workout that includes leg work, arm work, and core strengthening for a full body burn.
